First of all, you need to warm
up your facial muscles. Stand up or sit down, holding your back
straight. Now try to sing different vowels for as long as you
can. Singing “I,“ ”O,“ “E,” and ”A" usually works best. Keep doing this
exercise until you feel your entire face is warm.
Sit down, and tilt your head back. Now imagine
that you need to reach the ceiling with your lower lip. Stick out yourlower lip as far as you can, and hold for 5-10 seconds. Then
take a short break, and repeat 2-3 times.
